Default advice on a death

I have applied for a 137 STNI visa in July
and am currently waitng for it to be processed

Sadly my farther passed away recently

he was alive when i filled in all the forms
do i need to let the dima know

is there a change form i can send in advance of getting a CO

I'm sorry for your father.

You don't need to send anything, you CO will send you form named
"Notification of Change in Circumstances" with medicals forms and other
stuff.

Hi Mike,

It sounds as though you just need to give them a form 1022 when the time
comes. If he was your sponsor, get immediate professional advice.

hi friends
i have also the same question and conditions as Mike has... Does DIMIA
send medicals forms and others forms....or w'll have to arrange
ourselves.
whether we should have to send them an initial information just to
quote file reference no. to DIMIA ....

They send every form needed depends of country you're living (different
requests for different areas of world) and type of visa you've applied.

If you're contacting them you have to quote file ref. in subject line.
