new piece of information, but it doesn't change the basic concern much.
You can get the woman into the country as your spouse many years sooner
than your ex-wife can get her here as her sibling. So it's still a
valid question - are you and the woman marrying for love or to get you
ex-wifes relative into the USA?

Thanks for
saying it loud jeffreyhy. :)
I think the ConOff has the same question.
My fiancee is my ex-wife's one of many nieces. I am a US college
graduate with a decent job and making pretty good money in the high-tech
industry. My ex-wife on the other hand is unemployed for many years now.
So, there is no question of anyone paying me big buck to commit a crime.
I am also a law biding citizen. Had no trouble with the law in the past
whatsoever. I am attracted to my fiancee from the first time I saw her
family video in the states. There it got started. YES...very much in
love. We had our interview on May..and since then I spent over 2k on
phone bills beside paying the immigration lawyer....... I am on the
phone with her every single day hour after hour. As a matter of fact,
planning my third trip there in next month. I hope she gets her visa so
we can come back together.....
I hope it make sense now to everyone
