Default Additional Family Information Form

I need to know if it is essential that i fill out the siblings part of
the additional family information form (IMM 5406), when applying for
immigration?

The reason being that, my father has 2 children through
his 2nd marriage. Although i know where they all live, i have no contact
with them (my father included) and don't know the childrens' dates of
birth etc.

Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks

Okay, so i guess noone knows the answer to that one then.

Does anyone
know if London immigration office has a phone number where i could
actually speak to someone for advice?
The numbers i've been ringing just
have a recorded message.

Thanks again to anyone who can help.

Yes it is essential that you include all brothers and sisters on the IMM
5406 form, including half and step brothers and sisters. I believe this
information is used as part of the background check on you and your
family.

Unfortunately the only way you can contact CHC London is by fax
or mail. They will not accept or answer questions via phone or email.

The Fax number is 020 7258 6506

The Address is - Canadian High
Commission
Immigration Division

38 Grosvenor Street

London
