Folks, there have been a lot of confusion about changing employment or
getting laid off when I140 is pending and I485 has passed its 180 days.
We've tried to gather some steams to raise this issue to the INS and to
the press, media, etc. Please join us in flight for your mobility with a
more-than-180-day pending I140.
