I have a friend who wants to know if this parking lot would do
the trick:

width: 1.3 m

length: 2 m

What do you think is missing from the question?

I think you need to give some more details, like ...

1) What 1st qualification did he receive ?

2) What institution awarded the qualification ?

3) What 2nd qualification did he receive ?

4) What institution awarded this 2nd qualification ?

5) What do you mean by part time and fulltime in terms of hours
per week ?

6) What were the duties of the positions ?

7) Maybe also some dates to the positions ?

Then Peter or someone else may be able to help

Cheers
