Just a short note to say that we received a considerable number of
acknowledgments today, and as far as I can see, anyone who lodged a
General Skilled Migration application in August should have received, or
should be about to receive, an acknowledgment.

Thank you George for the news I got the information as below

As of 2 November 2006 the ASPC is receipting offshore applications
received
on 28 August 2006 and onshore applications received on 27 October 2006.

Well I can tell you that they went right up to 31 August and into 1
September today :-)
