Default abt reaplocation

i had apllied for 136 independent visa and i got refusel letter. and i
want to reaplly, i got refusal letter because of my agents mistake
story is i m metal machinist, when i realise that i have chance to
migrate australia then for know about the Immigration Process,i
contact one migration agent, then he gave me some basic information
about the process. He told me to bring all the necessary documents
needed. I met him with all the documents that he had told. He checked
all the documents and i showed all my exprience letters, which was
perfect and sufficient for migration process. But he rejected my
resume and said that these are not required. He said that if I wanted
to migrate I needed his exprience. This exprience was all drama",
which he told us to play.
He told me that he will give me the Experience letter for the process
but he told me that I have to pay Rs, 40000/- for that. He also told
me that this the only option to carry on your process. He did'nt tell
me the importance of experience and misguided in the Primary stages.
He provided me Experience of Bhagwati Metal Industries at that stage
also I asked him the queries about the duplicate experience but he
told me that he will take care about it and there will be no problem.
because of him i got reffusal letter, but now i want to reapply with
my orignal documents, and exprience, so will u tell me how is it
possible, plzz reply

Hi Nikhil,

I periodically see cases where people have had their plans destroyed
by an an agent and all I can suggest is that if you want to make a new
application with a reliable agent then it's going to depend on the
paperwork and you'd certainly need to do a Freedom of Information
request at the outset to identify what lies were told and what you
signed. As a general rule, always make sure that your agent is
registered with the MARA and never sign anything that isn't true to
your knowledge. In your case DIAC would not hesitate to say that you
were of bad character if you have knowingly signed false documents.

Cheers,

George Lombard
