Hello! I received a letter from London stating that my PR documents is
ready. They asked me to send them my passport and i sent them last
October 3,2003. Until now i dont have any news about it? Can you
please tell me how long should it take for London office to send all
the documents to me?

Another thing, Once i receive my documents...do i need to exit Canada
for my record of landing? im currently residing here in Toronto.
Then,what follows next?

And also,i got a multiple visa until 2005 thats why im here in
Toronto. My question is, do i have to renew it every 6 months or the
expiration of it is 2005?
