hi,
i am new to this forum, i got 10 yr multiple entry b1/b2 visa.i am a health care professional. i am in usa to write my license exam.At the port of entry they gave give only 2 months. i couldnt clear my license exam on first attempt and due to short time i cant appear for the second time.It's so bad that coming all way from india spending so much amount i couldnt try for second attempt.Backhome i got h1b and about to appear for the interview in india.Will my b1 visa any way affect my h1b approval. Is it possible to get the convert b1 to h1b visa in usa . somebody pls help me out.
