Hm - this seems strange... Here is his bio:

"Stuart I. Folinsky has practiced Immigration & Nationality Law since
1977. He is certified as a Specialist in Immigration & Nationality Law
by the Board of Legal Specialization of the California State Bar. He
served as the 1994-95 Chair of the Immigration & Nationality Law
Advisory Commission of the California State Bar. He served as the 1991
Chair of the Orange County Bar Association Immigration Section. He is
currently serving on the Los Angeles County Bar Association
Immigration Section Executive Committee. With Bonnie Stern Wasser, he
edited The Immigration Lawyer's Toolbox, Nuts and Bolts for Getting,
Doing, and Keeping Business which was published by AILA in November
1993. With Helen A. Sklar, he wrote The Immigration Act of 1990
Handbook which was published by Clark-Boardman Callaghan. He has
written articles for publication by AILA regarding the Immigration
Marriage Fraud Act and visa practice before the United States Embassy
in Seoul, Republic of Korea. Mr. Folinsky has taught immigration &
nationality law for the paralegal certification program at California
State University, Los Angeles."
