Hello All,

After just under 1 year from my AOR and 12.5 months from my initial submission I have received a letter requesting a medical exam and some additional documentation. The documentation is a certificate of no record from the State of NJ.

My situation is this: I was on a work permit in Canada until July of this year when it expired. I left my job to pursue an MBA in the UK. Should I present a letter explaining my new circumstances along with a copy of my Study Visa as I am a USA citizen? Should I also provide them with a letter of enrollment indicating my current academic pursuits? Finally, is this near the final stage of the process? Can I assume that I have not been called for an interview or is that still possible?
