Hi,

Okay heard from the attorney today asking for the following information:

- Passport copy
- SSN back and front copies
- 3 paystubs from previous company
- copy of back and front of I-94
- Resume and copy of transcripts with educational equivalency and degree
copy
- Signed copy of new contract

Apparently from what he said, there is no premium processing and so it
can take a few months to get it approved, might have to spend X-Mas over
here in the states then.

I'll get the paperwork sent off next week and then see what happens..

I do not have a dependent so at least there is less paperwork to
fill out
