Default 6/12months recent work experience

I have a total of 6 months work experience out of 12 months from the
period of oct2004 to oct2005...

The problem is this six month work experience was rendered from two
different companies but has the same work nature.

Outlining my job employment below for the past 12 months
1. jan2004 to jan2005 (12months)--- first employer
2. feb2005 to april2005 (3months) --- 2nd employer
My 6/12months start from NOV2004 to april2005 out of nov2004
to oct2005

My ASCO code is under 60 pts.

If I lodge my immigration application as skilled in designated area not
LATER than OCT 2005, can I still satisfy the 6/12months recent work
experience?

Please help..... I need a second opinion

tnx... :)

I am in a similar situation were as my skills that were assessed were
from 1983-2001. Since then i have had three different jobs, all on the
SOL but needed 12 out of the last 18 months work experience in any job
on the SOL for the 136 skilled visa.

Meds and pcc's now done and am hoping that the DIMIA have all the info
they require

Hope that makes sense!!!

Rob
