My friend came to the US almost 20 yrs ago on holiday and never left.
His vacation visa obviously expired many years ago. What are his
options to become of legal status here? Is marriage a solution? The
only solution? What steps should he take. He doesn't know where to
start. It seems like all info on marriages that we find are when one
person is still overseas. Is there any other way that he can stay here
without getting married? I do not think that he wil be able to be
sponsored as an employee to anywhere, because he doesn't have a college
degree etc. WHat are your thoughts and advice? TIA
