Hi george,
I am not worried about ACS rules. I am over qualified in terms of ACS
requirments.
My question is regarding two rules found in general skilled migration
booklet (Book 6, 1119.pdf). In Basic requirements it is mentioned that
2 yrs study is must and "if this study is undertaken at more than one
Australian educational institution, the primary application was
awarded an Australian degree, diploma and trade qualification before
commencing study at another Australian educational institution." So in
my case, after completion of my masters in IT if I do another 1 yr
full time course in another IT/networking/web/programming related
masters, I am able to meet the basic requirements.
BUT in points test, under Points for Australian qualifications it is
mentioned the applicant is entitled to get 5 points if s/he "have
studied full time in Australia for a total of 2yrs (2 academic yrs)
towards the awards of A DEGREE, DIMPLOMA AND TRADE QUALIFICATION."
My question is here its is clearly mentioned "A DEGREE", so if I
complete two masters in Australia after study two yrs full time , wont
I be able to get that 5 points ?
