Default 2 Case Officers?????????

I have been waiting over 5 months for my visa grant/refusal and have
just been reading my request for meds and pcc letter again. The letter
is sigend by a Song Lim who is supposed to be my case officer, but I`ve
just noticed that the returnable cover sheet is addressed to Lov Hong
Sang who is also supposed to be my case officer. Has this happened to
anyone else?

I would remove the name of the case officers if I were you, you are not
allowed to name them on here.

Is the name on your e-mail request the same as the name on the cover
sheet? Who would I address the correspondence to?

ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

Mashy,

Relax. Deep breath.

As long as you send it in with the file number clearly marked (and if
paranoid you can include your names and dates of birth somewhere in
the coversheet) there's nothing that can go wrong (or at least not
because of the case officer's name). The documents are put on the
file, and then the case officer deals with it. The biggest problem in
the ASPC is the time it takes for papers to reach the file, sometimes
up to two weeks.

Cheers,

George Lombard

Thanks very much George.

The thing is, my meds were finalised by the LCU on the 2nd Feb and sent
to the MCO. The police checks were sent in the middle of January and I
thought that I would have heard something by now. I was wondering
whether to contact my case officer to check that they had everything but
didn`t know who to address the e-mail to.

Hi Sharon,

You just have to be patient - and if your impatience gets the better of
you, luckily you've got the names of two case officers you can email,
not just one :-)

Cheers,

Cheers George. You have made me feel a lot better. I`m still
paranoid.....but feeling better. I just kept thinking that the longer
it goes on, then there must be something wrong.

Thank you very much for your help. It really has been appreciated.

Sharon
