Relax. Deep breath.
As long as you send it in with the file number clearly marked (and if
paranoid you can include your names and dates of birth somewhere in
the coversheet) there's nothing that can go wrong (or at least not
because of the case officer's name). The documents are put on the
file, and then the case officer deals with it. The biggest problem in
the ASPC is the time it takes for papers to reach the file, sometimes
up to two weeks.
