We did not do it, but I have subsequently heard what sounds like good
advice (and may explain the aforementioned RFEs)- to include the
beneficiaries birth certificate(s), even though they are not required,
so that if the IBIS security check gets a hit on a similar name they
can more quickly determine that it is NOT your beneficiary and thereby
reduce delay in processing.
