Default 183 days rule or 3/5 years period rule ?

Dear all,
I got "Landing Paper" in 2001, i. e. before June 2002, but I landed
after June 28, 2002, so I would like to ask, if I can stay out of
Canada according to old rule (183 days rule) or new rule (3years of 5
years period) ?

Thank you.

P.

It does not matter when you were landed, the new rule applies to you,
including the need to have a PR card for re-entry.
