Default How to make payment

Hi,

I am now in US, and have a US bank account. I plan to send my
application to Canadian Office in Singapore because I may leave the US
sometime end of this year.

My I check with my US bank, and the bank
says that they can ONLY issue a certified check/money order in US
dollars (neither in Canadian nor Singapore dollars).

Here The
instructions say:

"Canadian dollar payments must be made in the form of
a BANK DRAFT, drawn on a bank in Canada and made payable to the RECEIVER
GENERAL FOR CANADA."

"Singapore dollar payments must be made in the
form of a CASHIER'S ORDER or BANK DRAFT, drawn on a bank in Singapore
and made payable to the CANADIAN HIGH COMMISSION."

May I seek advice
from anyone who had experience in how to arrange the payment to
Singapore office from a bank in the US?
