I was an Iraqi citizen.
I was single when I immigrated.
I had applied for independent class immigration.
I did NOT have a certified employment offer.
I never consulted a lawyer and I never needed to hire one.
I am a computer programmer with USA education and work experience from
US, Hungary, Turkey and Canada.
IMHO, anyone pursuing immigration to Canada should:
- Pay fees and send required documents when requested
- Try to never call or inquire about the process unless absolutely
necessary.
- The system DOES WORK.
- Always, be patient, positive, and practical!
Regards,
Aras
